This policy explains what information River Saint Hotel, Restaurant & Bar (“River Saint,” “we” or “us”) collects through riversainthotel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

  • Contact and event inquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. For event inquiries, also the event date, number of guests and type of event.
  • Email and text signup: your email address and, if you choose to add it, your mobile number, along with a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To reply to your questions and plan the events you inquire about.
  • To send the emails and, if you gave a mobile number, the text messages you signed up for: menus, events and news.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number through our signup form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from River Saint Hotel. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Services We Use

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which handle information under their own privacy policies:

  • OpenTable takes table reservations. When you book, you are using OpenTable's service, and the information you enter there is governed by OpenTable's privacy policy.
  • Google Maps shows our location. The embedded map may set cookies and collect information as described in Google's privacy policy.
  • Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores the information you submit through our forms.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and plan your visit or event. We keep signup details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
  • Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
